Olivia Thomas Estates is a family-owned business led by Bianca and James Cullis. Specialising in surveying services, we work with homeowners from every stage of life, from first time buyers and young couples to families and those looking to downsize.
A new homes specialist, Bianca has supported hundreds of happy homeowners throughout her career, whether that’s finding somewhere new, advising on improvements to an existing property or how to make the switch from renting to buying. Similarly, James has a wealth of experience and vast knowledge of how houses are built, from traditional new builds to unique thatch roof properties. Our aim is to ensure your experience of the house buying and selling journey is as exciting as it should be!
With a combined 27 years’ experience in the housebuilding and property industry, Olivia Thomas Estates has the connections, knowledge and energy to ensure your next move is smooth and hassle-free. We are based in Worcester but work throughout the Midlands.
